Tactenza Policy Centre

Clear rules for coaching, participation, trust, and safety.

These proposed policies define how Players, guardians, Coaches, and organisations use Tactenza—and how reports, restrictions, recommendations, and appeals should work.

Before release

Product-complete, operationally verified, founder-approved.

These pages are a private review package, not current legal terms. Independent legal review has been deferred under a documented founder risk decision. Before publication or in-app acceptance, Tactenza must still complete and verify its operator identity, consumer terms, Coach relationship, child safeguards, privacy operations, moderation capacity, and liability wording. These drafts must not be described as lawyer-reviewed or legally certified.

Foundation decisions

Verified means verified

Coach-provided information and Tactenza-verified information must never use the same label.

Reports are not verdicts

Private concerns create reviewable evidence. Credible urgent risk can justify an interim safeguard and an appeal path.

Recommendations need context

Public Coach recommendations require a real class relationship, a sample count, and anti-manipulation rules.

Rights cannot be signed away

The final liability boundary will preserve every right and guarantee that Australian law does not allow Tactenza to exclude.
