This draft is for internal product, safeguarding, technical, and founder review. It has not been reviewed by independent counsel, is not yet accepted by users, and does not replace the policies currently linked by the apps.

First-release model

The first release will use a binary Recommend Coach choice and structured positive tags rather than public star ratings or public free-text reviews. Public profiles will show an eligible-response count with any recommendation percentage.

A public percentage will not appear before at least five unique eligible class relationships. Until then, the Coach may be shown as New on Tactenza.

Eligibility

  • One current response per eligible Player or guardian and Coach/class-term relationship.
  • The relationship must be accepted or active, claimed by a real Player/guardian account, and have a scheduled class window that has begun.
  • Until platform session attendance exists, feedback will be labelled verified class feedback, not verified attendance.
  • A guardian submits the public service recommendation for a guardian-managed Player. A child-friendly Player experience check-in remains private.
  • Coach self-reviews, fabricated roster entries, duplicate accounts, employees, family, and undisclosed conflicts are ineligible for the public aggregate.

Public display

  • Show the recommendation percentage together with the eligible count and applicable time window.
  • Show structured positive tags only after a privacy-preserving minimum response count.
  • Do not publish complaint counts, private negative-feedback counts, reporter identity, child identity, or moderation records.
  • Do not represent a recommendation as a guarantee or as Tactenza endorsement.

Private concerns

A reviewer may privately report a missed session or repeated late cancellation, unsafe or inappropriate conduct, discrimination, misleading identity or credentials, inaccurate price or class information, payment/refund concerns, harassment, fraud, or another concern.

Private negative feedback is a reviewable signal, not an automatic public penalty or finding. A reviewer may separately withdraw or change their recommendation, which updates the aggregate under the published rules.

Integrity and incentives

  • Do not buy, trade, script, pressure, selectively solicit, or fabricate recommendations.
  • Any neutral incentive to provide feedback must apply regardless of the response and be clearly disclosed.
  • Paid subscriptions and commercial relationships do not alter recommendation results, trust labels, or moderation priority.
  • Discovery may use confidence-adjusted recommendation information so a small sample cannot outrank a stable history solely because its raw percentage is higher.

Editing, removal, and Coach challenge

A response may be updated by its eligible reviewer. Tactenza may exclude feedback that is fake, conflicted, duplicated, abusive, irrelevant, legally prohibited, or not tied to an eligible relationship. Genuine negative outcomes will not be removed merely because a Coach disputes them.

A Coach may challenge eligibility, impersonation, conflict, or policy violation without receiving the reviewer’s protected identity. Tactenza will record the reason for a removal or retained decision and provide an appeal route where appropriate.
