This draft is for internal product, safeguarding, technical, and founder review. It has not been reviewed by independent counsel, is not yet accepted by users, and does not replace the policies currently linked by the apps.
How to report
Use the closest in-app report action so Tactenza can preserve the relevant account, class, listing, message, Play, payment, or content context. Support can be contacted for a follow-up or where no in-app route is available.
Reports should be truthful and specific. Deliberately false, retaliatory, or abusive reports may themselves breach the Community Standards.
Report lifecycle
- Reported: the concern is received and an audit record is created.
- Triaged: urgency, safeguarding, evidence preservation, and service scope are assessed.
- Interim restricted: a temporary safeguard is applied where credible risk justifies action before a final outcome.
- Substantiated or unsubstantiated: available evidence is assessed under the applicable policy; an unsubstantiated result does not necessarily mean the event did not occur.
- Actioned and closed: an outcome, retention rule, notice decision, and appeal eligibility are recorded.
- Appealed: an eligible user asks for a separate review of the decision or new information.
Possible actions
- Warning, education, content removal, or profile/listing correction.
- Interaction block, discovery hide, publishing limit, new-booking limit, payment-request limit, or feature restriction.
- Temporary Player, Coach, manager, organisation, or whole-account suspension.
- Permanent role removal or full account ban, including reasonable anti-evasion controls.
- Evidence preservation, payment-provider action, or cooperation/referral where required or permitted by law.
Urgent and child-safety matters
Credible urgent risk may require immediate listing removal, communication restriction, or account suspension while the matter is reviewed. Reporter identity and sensitive evidence will not be shared where doing so may create retaliation, privacy, investigation, or safeguarding risk.
Tactenza is not an emergency service. Call 000 for urgent danger in Australia and use the appropriate police, child-protection, eSafety, payment, or regulatory channel where required.
Notice and appeals
Where lawful and safe, a notice will state the policy category, affected role or feature, whether the action is interim or final, duration where known, data-access implications, and how to appeal.
The final policy will publish achievable acknowledgement, triage, outcome, and appeal-response targets after Tactenza confirms its moderation staffing and escalation capacity. It will not promise response times the service cannot reliably meet.
Records, privacy, and deletion
Reports, snapshots, moderation actions, appeals, and restricted verification information will be access-controlled and retained only as reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, repeat-abuse prevention, and audit integrity.
Supported account deletion will remove or de-identify user data according to the Privacy Policy while allowing limited lawful safety records to be preserved without exposing them publicly.
