This draft is for internal product, safeguarding, technical, and founder review. It has not been reviewed by independent counsel, is not yet accepted by users, and does not replace the policies currently linked by the apps.
Status and scope
This release-review draft will replace product-fragmented privacy copy only after internal product, technical, operational, and founder review confirms it matches the service. Independent legal review has been deferred and this draft must not be described as lawyer-reviewed or legally certified. It covers Tactenza websites and the Player Skills, Player Skills Coach, and PlayBoard products where the final policy expressly says they are included.
Data Tactenza processes
- Account, role, guardian, organisation, authentication, public profile, sport, age-stage, and preference information.
- Classes, terms, schedules, venues, regions, roster relationships, requests, narrow class-linked messages, Coach Plans, tasks, progress, reviews, and evidence metadata.
- Player Card, skill, self-assessment, AI review, Coach review, badge, pose, and generated-card records.
- Coach business, listing, payout readiness, class payment request, transaction status, receipt link, cancellation, refund, and support information.
- Recommendations, structured tags, private concerns, blocks, reports, reported-content snapshots, moderation actions, appeals, and policy acceptance records.
- Selected media sent for a consented AI feature, device push token, approximate or permitted location use, service logs, security events, and support correspondence.
Children and guardians
Tactenza uses age-stage and guardian-managed settings to limit and route features. Public service recommendations for guardian-managed Players are submitted by the guardian; child-friendly safety and experience check-ins are kept private.
The final policy and product must accurately describe guardian authority, consent, profile visibility, media use, AI processing, precise location, Coach communication, data access, and deletion. Tactenza will not claim verified age or guardian status unless a documented process actually performs that verification.
How data is used
- Provide authentication, profile restore, sports features, classes, Coach workflows, payments, notifications, support, and user-requested AI features.
- Display authorised public Coach, class, Player Card tier, recommendation, and trust information.
- Enforce eligibility, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate reports, apply restrictions, handle appeals, and protect users.
- Comply with legal obligations, establish or defend claims, maintain service security, and improve reliability using appropriately limited data.
Coach credentials and verification data
If Tactenza introduces credential verification, the interface will distinguish Coach-provided information from Tactenza-verified information. Verification documents and identifiers will use restricted access, purpose limitation, expiry/re-check rules, and a documented retention schedule.
Working With Children Check information will be designed around applicable state or territory requirements. The final process will minimise stored document data and will not publish sensitive identifiers.
Retention, access, export, and deletion
Apps provide supported summary, export, unlink, and deletion controls. Some service, payment, accounting, fraud, dispute, safety, and legal records may require limited retention or de-identification after an account is closed.
Privacy questions or requests may be sent to tactenza@outlook.com. The final policy will identify the legal entity, contact address, complaint route, response process, and any external escalation required by applicable privacy law.
