Status of this document

This is a release-review draft. It is not yet effective and does not replace the policies currently linked by the apps. Independent legal review has been deferred under a documented founder risk decision, so this document must not be described as lawyer-reviewed or legally certified.

The final version will identify the legal operator of Tactenza, its address, governing-law details, effective date, and the exact acceptance flow used by each account role.

What Tactenza provides

Tactenza provides software for sports discovery, class workflows, player development, Coach planning, communication tied to classes, payment-request status, and safety tools.

Unless a service is expressly identified as a Tactenza-operated service, a Coach or coaching organisation independently offers and delivers the in-person coaching service. The Coach is responsible for the class, service description, suitability, price, attendance, cancellation, refund, tax, qualifications, insurance, and compliance obligations that apply to that service.

Accounts, roles, and guardians

  • Provide accurate, current information and protect account credentials.
  • Use only roles and profiles you are authorised to manage.
  • A guardian must manage required consent, service decisions, payments, and public recommendations for a guardian-managed Player.
  • Organisations and managers must have authority to act for their organisation and must not use organisation access to evade an individual restriction.
  • Do not create replacement or duplicate accounts to avoid a restriction, investigation, or ban.

Coach responsibilities

  • Maintain all licences, qualifications, Working With Children Checks or equivalents, insurance, approvals, and records required in each place where services are delivered.
  • Describe identity, credentials, sport, age group, location, schedule, price, capacity, and service terms accurately.
  • Maintain professional physical and online boundaries and follow the Coach Code of Conduct and Child Safeguarding Policy.
  • Provide safe instruction, suitable facilities and equipment, appropriate supervision, and lawful incident reporting.
  • Handle class-service, cancellation, refund, receipt, complaint, and dispute responsibilities as the seller of the coaching service.

Prohibited use

  • Abuse, grooming, exploitation, sexual conduct involving a minor, unsafe contact, harassment, bullying, hate, threats, discrimination, stalking, retaliation, or violence.
  • Fraud, scams, impersonation, misleading credentials, deceptive listings, fake reviews, payment abuse, or manipulation of platform safety and ranking systems.
  • Publishing another person’s private contact, health, location, identity, media, or account information without authority.
  • Illegal content or activity, infringement, malware, automated scraping, access-control bypass, service disruption, or attempts to compromise another account.
  • Using Player, class, or organisation data for an unrelated purpose or moving a minor into unapproved private contact channels.

Payments and coaching services

Coach class-payment tools facilitate a request, payment-status workflow, and receipt link. Payments are made for the Coach’s in-person service through the Coach’s connected payment account. Tactenza does not become the Coach, employer, school, club, guardian, or seller of that class merely by providing the workflow.

The current implementation uses Stripe Standard connected accounts and creates each Checkout as a direct charge on the Coach’s account. Tactenza does not currently add an application fee to that Checkout. The Coach initiates a Stripe refund in the Coach’s Stripe Dashboard, and Tactenza updates the in-app status after the signed Stripe webhook confirms it. Production disclosures must remain aligned with that configuration, cancellation handling, chargebacks, taxes, receipts, and all non-excludable consumer rights.

Recommendations and trust information

Recommendations, tags, reliability information, and credential labels are governed by the Review and Recommendation Policy. They are limited indicators based on the described source and sample, not a guarantee of safety, quality, availability, qualifications, or future performance.

Tactenza will distinguish information supplied by a Coach from information independently verified by Tactenza. A paid subscription will not improve a trust badge, recommendation result, or moderation outcome.

Restrictions, suspension, and termination

Tactenza may remove content, hide listings, restrict a role or feature, pause new bookings or payment requests, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban an account where reasonably necessary to address safety, child safeguarding, fraud, illegality, misleading credentials, payment abuse, material or repeated rule violations, ban evasion, platform security, or a legal or regulatory requirement.

A credible urgent risk may require immediate interim action before a full review. Where lawful and safe, Tactenza will provide the affected user with a reason category, scope, duration where known, and an appeal route. A report is an allegation and does not by itself establish wrongdoing.

Liability and Australian Consumer Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tactenza provides platform technology and is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of Coaches, Players, guardians, organisations, venues, payment providers, or other users.

Nothing in the final terms will exclude, restrict, or modify rights, remedies, consumer guarantees, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. The final limitation language must be reviewed against Tactenza’s actual services and must not disclaim Tactenza’s own non-excludable privacy, security, moderation, or consumer obligations.

Changes, complaints, and contact

Material policy changes will be dated and presented through an appropriate notice or re-acceptance flow. Users will be able to close their account and use available data controls, subject to lawful safety, dispute, accounting, and retention requirements.

Questions, complaints, and appeal requests may be sent to tactenza@outlook.com. Final response targets and escalation routes will be published in the Moderation, Complaints, and Appeals Policy.
