Purpose

Tactenza should help people learn, coach, organise, and participate in sport without being exposed to abuse, exploitation, deception, unsafe contact, or retaliation. These standards apply to profiles, listings, class messages, Coach Plans, Play, reviews, uploads, payments, and support interactions.

Respect and inclusion

  • Treat Players, children, families, Coaches, officials, venues, and support staff with respect.
  • Do not harass, bully, shame, threaten, discriminate, sexually objectify, stalk, intimidate, or encourage others to target a person.
  • Do not retaliate against a person for declining a class, leaving feedback, making a report, blocking an account, or participating in an investigation.

Child safety and professional boundaries

  • Keep communication with a guardian-managed Player visible to and appropriate for the guardian and the coaching purpose.
  • Do not request secrecy, private meetings, personal relationships, sexual content, intimate media, or unrelated off-platform contact with a minor.
  • Do not share a child’s identity, precise location, schedule, contact details, health information, photo, or video without lawful authority and required consent.
  • Use physical contact, changing facilities, travel, overnight activity, photography, and one-to-one instruction only within applicable safeguarding rules and documented consent.

Accuracy, identity, and payments

  • Use your real authorised identity and organisation relationship.
  • Describe classes, prices, refunds, availability, credentials, age groups, venues, and outcomes accurately.
  • Do not fabricate attendance, Player progress, Coach reviews, recommendations, credentials, receipts, or safety evidence.
  • Do not use pressure, hidden charges, payment diversion, refund deception, fake scarcity, or misleading advertising.

Content and platform misuse

  • Do not post illegal, sexually exploitative, violent, hateful, threatening, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
  • Do not publish private contact routes or move public discovery into unapproved contact channels.
  • Do not scrape, sell, broker, re-identify, or repurpose Player, Coach, class, payment, location, or safety data.
  • Do not manipulate recommendations, create fake activity, evade safeguards, or interfere with the service.

Reporting concerns

Use the in-app report and block tools for platform concerns. Reports should be honest, specific, and made in good faith. Tactenza reports are not emergency or police-reporting services.

Call 000 for urgent danger in Australia. Concerns about suspected child abuse, exploitation, or other criminal conduct should also be reported through the legally appropriate authority or safeguarding channel.
